Pride, attention to detail, and honesty are the hallmarks of this fine business. They have made me a lifetime customer now. My 2003 G35 "Baby" is back, and feels like a new car. A special thank-you to Lisa, for making me feel like a friend, to Cedric and others for taking me home, and to David Le and his crew for the super-fine job they did, coming in under budget and keeping me up to date. Great experience. JB was very helpful. The detailed diagnostics complete with pictures is really valuable when making a decision.

Called to get schedule to get my truck a full inspection the night before I dropped it in the morning. After it was inspected they sent me an email of the full report with pictures of where and what was checked. Figured out my brake pads needed to be replaced and rotors needed to be resurfaced on the report that was given to me via email so I had them do that too. Told them I would need it by 5pm. They delivered on time and gave me a decent price for everything.

Just moved to the Carrollton/Addison area. Received a flyer in the mail, and the price caught my eye. I am one of those people who will shop around and find the best service for the best price. Their synthetic oil change prices were $50 less than the Audi dealership and $20 less than the place I used to go. This alone was worth 4 stars.But what really sets this place apart is JB and his customer service. The guy knows cars and spends the time to educate you on the current condition of your car. He noticed my serpentine belt was not only cracked, but missing thread and starting to separate. While waiting to get it done.Great prices, great service. Exactly what I was looking for.

Honest. JB informed me of all the issues concerning my vehicle and added some background knowledge to comprehend those issues. Excellent service. I will return.

I took my Nissan Quest '12 for the scheduled maintenance. This was my first time taking this car to service, as it's a "new to me" car. Anyways, I got a coupon on my mail from Japanese Auto Repair, and made a call. The gentleman that picked up the phone was very polite. I scheduled my visit, went there and everything was ran very smoothly. Honestly not cheap, but I understand imported cars are usually a bit more expensive to maintain. I will definitely take my car for service again.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Japanese Auto Repair. I took my car to them after realizing that my dealership was not quite taking care of all of its issues. Japanese Auto Repair has provided me with many noticeably better results. This was my first time using them and I received fantastic service. David was very helpful, patient, and professional, and did not make me feel incompetent for not having automobile knowledge. They're located five minutes away from me so it's very convenient for me to go to the shop. I'm very glad to have found them since the repairs they did were excellent. I'd strongly recommend them.

This was the first time I took my car to Japanese Auto Repair, and I was very pleased with the service. The location is very close to home. I had been taking my RX350 up to Plano - which is much less convenient. I just had my inspection done, and it went smoothly. I will definitely be back for my 20,000 mile service!!
