You get what you pay for. After taking my Scion to 2 dealerships (and getting the runaround) and another Japanese-only shop (and spending $600 for what "might" fix it), these guys actually did some extensive diagnostic work. That labor was expensive, but at the end, the didn't BS me; they said the problem was in the engine, was permanent, and could not be fixed. This jibed with what I've read in the Scion owner forums. They didn't recommend something that "might" work just to make a few bucks. I'm going to dump my Scion. If I get another Japanese model, I'd definitely bring it to this place.

I have taken my Infiniti in several times to these guys and they are always friendly, helpful, upfront about any charges that will be incurred, and helpful with advice on issues that need to be addressed in the future. Their shop is conveniently located to my office and they always have my car ready when promised.
