6/16/2019 We are a long-time client of Japanese Auto Repair. They have maintained our 2006 Toyota Avalon in excellent running condition all these years. Their 31-point inspection report is comprehensive and easy to read. Makes it very easy to identify in detail any areas that need work. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the staff always make it a pleasure to do business there.

6/5/2019 I've taken my car (a 2001 Camry) to Japanese Auto Repair for four years now. They always do a terrific job of taking care of it! I feel very comfortable working with Mr. Le and his staff. Everyone is extremely professional and I never feel concerned that I'm being charged for repairs that didn't need to happen. Highly recommend this shop.

5/16/2019 Better than any other shop i have been to, got the work done quickly and effectively, no complaints there, shop was clean, all staff were nice, and knowledgeable. i know they were busy as it was a weekend, but i did ask for someone to check on something for me, and give me a call with information, and that has never happened otherwise 5 stars.
