We have 3 cars and always seem to be having one of them serviced or inspected. This time, I had to reschedule an appointment (multiple times actually), and I was not pressured to get more work done than I wanted. The report was emailed to me so that I could review it on my time. They always remember me and inquire about my husband, who is usually the one to bring in the cars. I highly recommend Japanese Auto!
